BCM Liam Life Saving List CampaignBCM is thrilled to announce that it has been shortlisted in the Mumbrella Awards alongside other national agencies for the Liam’s Life-saving List campaign. This achievement is shared with Liam O’Brien and his remarkable wife Josephine. Liam, who is currently undergoing a life-saving Stem Cell transplant, has been battling a rare type of blood cancer.

In collaboration with IVY PR, we had the privilege of working on a brief that was not only different but also of critical importance. Liam O’Brien’s urgent need for a stem-cell match propelled him and Josephine to not only find a donor to save his life but also shed light on Australia’s critically low stem-cell register. Together with these extraordinary individuals, we created The Life-saving List, a campaign that garnered national headlines, spurred political promises, and instilled genuine hope for Australians with blood cancer.

The Liam’s Life-saving List campaign, developed by BCM and IVY PR, has been a catalyst for change. It has captured the attention of the nation, sparking conversations about the dire need to address Australia’s insufficient stem-cell donor database. The campaign’s impact extends beyond awareness-raising, offering real hope to those battling blood cancer.
