To be successful in this role, you’ll:
Possess a minimum of 4 years’ commercial experience working as a digital producer or digital project manager, delivering outstanding digital projects.
Have previous experience working in an advertising or digital agency environment.
Bring a solid understanding of executing digital project planning, budgeting, technical documentation, setting achievable deadlines and managing expectations.
Possess a thorough knowledge of user experience, web development and mobile app development.
Demonstrate a comprehensive digital knowledge including (but not limited to) email marketing platforms, CMS, CRM, analytics and SEO principles.
Have considerable project management skills at your disposal and also be skilled in risk management.
Be able to see the ‘big picture’, but also have a strong focus on the detail.
Have a positive attitude, are an excellent problem solver able to offer a variety of solutions, and are a skilled multi-tasker.
Possess excellent communication skills, particularly strong writing skills, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Be comfortable working with a variety of clients and internal stakeholders across a range of disciplines such as UX, design, copy, development, testing, and management, which can involve both face-to-face and remote liaison.

We’re seeking a capable Senior TV/Electronic Producer to join our team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for co-ordinating, managing, implementing and overseeing production of electronic material including television, radio, video, photography and content.
You’ll be skilled in preparing quotes and estimates for all aspects of electronic production, be an expert negotiator, particularly with external suppliers, plus you’ll be perfectly at ease and experienced in acting as key liaison between suppliers, clients and agency personnel when it comes to broadcast and electronic production.
Ideally you’ll possess at least 3 – 5 years’ advertising agency or relevant production experience managing broadcast, video and content creation, will be highly organised, and can demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple projects at any one time. So you’ll have great organisational skills and will be a dab hand at drawing on internal and external resources to deliver your AV projects on time and on budget, often under tight deadlines.
