Our Digital Design Lead will be responsible for the creative output of digital work produced by the agency, involving oversight of the design, development and management of digital projects.
You will be part of our Digital Creative team and the greater agency Creative team, engaged in the development of exciting digital projects for a variety of well-known local and national brands, and organisations.
Key responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the agency’s Creative Director, creative teams, digital designers and developers, and content developers to mentor, oversee and assist with the creative development of digital material.
Collaborating with our digital designers, developers, creatives and content developers to design websites, mobile apps, VR and AR experiences, online content and other interactive assets.
Leading the agency in the adoption of new technologies and innovative digital design.
Desired skills and experience:
Highly skilled at conceiving and designing digital assets.
Advertising or digital agency experience.
A thorough knowledge of current best-practice in user interface design, web navigation, web page layout, browser and platform compatibility issues, and animation techniques.
A knowledge of other interactive and graphics presentations technologies for video, audio and 3D will also be well regarded.
A demonstrated desire to maintain currency with respect to digital design, online trends, new technologies and consumer behaviour.
Conversant with web server hardware configuration and server software maintenance, site architecture and backup management, and familiar with version control systems such as CVS Subversion/Tortoise.
Commercial experience with the Adobe Suite and similar tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A well-developed design sensibility and an eye for detail.
Experienced in mentoring and fostering the development of digital team talent.
A team player with a positive attitude, able to multitask and handle projects from brief to delivery – including overseeing production of digital materials to required deadlines which assist clients meet their strategic objectives.

We’re searching for an experienced Digital Producer. You’ll be part of our vibrant Digital team and will be engaged in producing many exciting projects for well-known brands and organisations. The organisational and implementation skills that you demonstrate will enable us to produce the very best results for our clients.
To be successful in this role, you’ll:
Possess a minimum of 4 years’ commercial experience working as a digital producer or digital project manager, delivering outstanding digital projects.
Have previous experience working in an advertising or digital agency environment.
Bring a solid understanding of executing digital project planning, budgeting, technical documentation, setting achievable deadlines and managing expectations.
Possess a thorough knowledge of user experience, web development and mobile app development.
Demonstrate a comprehensive digital knowledge including (but not limited to) email marketing platforms, CMS, CRM, analytics and SEO principles.
Have considerable project management skills at your disposal and also be skilled in risk management.
Be able to see the ‘big picture’, but also have a strong focus on the detail.
Have a positive attitude, are an excellent problem solver able to offer a variety of solutions, and are a skilled multi-tasker.
Possess excellent communication skills, particularly strong writing skills, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Be comfortable working with a variety of clients and internal stakeholders across a range of disciplines such as UX, design, copy, development, testing, and management, which can involve both face-to-face and remote liaison.
