What if your perfect match on Tinder was canine?

Montreal’s Rosie Animal Adoption organisation is taking Tinder to places it hasn’t been taken before.

It’s Tinderdoption, and it’s reinventing the pet adoption process. Dogs are connected with future owners through the natural swipe functions of Tinder by setting up profiles for dogs that are up for adoption. Naturally, the dogs interests are included in the profile so potential owners really are a perfect match.

Say goodbye to newborn guesswork

Thanks to Sproutling, parenting just got that little bit easier. Effectively a helping hand for parents, it’s a wearable band that monitors, senses, learns and predicts the baby’s sleep habits. The technology then feeds the information through to parents via a smartphone app.

The band also measures heart rate, skin temperature, motion, position and can predict when the baby will wake up, giving parents more time to do other parental things.
